• AI-assisted narratives such as your Monthly Story or personality-related guidance
• Optional AI features that may draw on web-search context for certain queries

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or misleading statements, even when they sound confident.

AI does not necessarily understand your full circumstances, intent, or the details you provided.

AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, appropriate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, and they do not replace qualified professional advice where professional advice is appropriate.

You should independently review and verify AI-generated information before relying on it, and you remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on AI outputs.

AI features process information using providers described in the Third-Party Services section below and are further described in the Student Money Mentors AI Use & AI Privacy Notice.

The Service allows users to submit content, including user-entered transactions, notes, journal entries, uploaded receipts or financial documents, profile information, reports, appeals, feedback, and support requests.

User-generated content comes from individual users rather than from the Company. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise unreliable, particularly where users enter or upload it themselves.

User-generated content does not necessarily represent the Company’s views or opinions, and the Company does not guarantee, endorse, or verify the accuracy of materials users submit.

Where the Service processes user-uploaded documents (for example, receipts or statements) to extract or organize information, extracted results may contain errors and should be reviewed by the user before relying on them.

The Service does not act as, and does not provide the services of, a:

Billing for paid memberships is handled by WHOP, and subscription, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable WHOP terms and the Student Money Mentors Refund / Cancellation Policy.

The Service may contain links to external websites or resources, such as browser cookie-management instructions, opt-out tools, third-party privacy policies, or third-party services referenced by the Service.

External websites are controlled by third parties. The Company does not necessarily endorse or verify them and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, or services.

Any experiences, statements, endorsements, or outcomes shown on or through the Service reflect the experiences or opinions of individual users and are shown for illustrative or motivational purposes only.

The Company uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect the Service and user information, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
